This is a little 'geometric poem' on the subject of Exodus 3 - the account of God speaking with Moses through a burning bush. Notice the repeated 'I AM' running from top to bottom.
It could be punctuated something like this: "I AM" Him name! Arise flames' holiest filament!
A filament is a thread, like the thread of the name "I AM" running down the middle of this poem. The term 'filament' is often used of the metal (or carbon) thread in a light bulb, which like the burning bush gives light and heat without appearing to burn up.
Apart from Exodus 3, these words remind me of Isaiah 60:1 "Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you." (ESV)
